Selection Results In our initial controlled test from January to April 2002 we selected some 8 companies using our selection methodology. Our method resulted in a 11% value growth when the S&P 500 was flat. We extended the test to August, and the value increase would have been 2.7% in a period that the Dow Jones index fell by 17.5% and the S&P index fell by 22.5%.
